Flowers of the Church

Virgins are the flowers of the Church, the adornment and glory of spiritual grace, the joy of youth, the perfect and incorruptible work of praise and honor, the most illustrious portion of Christ's flock. The glorious fecundity of the Church our Mother rejoices through them and blossoms through them, and the more virgins there are, the greater is the Mother's joy.
